We have everyday proof of the existence of our gods, from The Sons of Odin, who commune daily with the All Father, and who's presence gives them their power in battle, to the very fact that the Sun and moon rises everyday.

I don't see why I continue this discussion.

The true faith in the ways of the lord does not come from "a book" but from the revelation of god to the writers, and the revelation to many of our lord Jesus grand and proven miracles. Also in inclusion to that, our faith does not come from our most holy book, but from the lord himself, for we trust him unconditionally and he strengthens our faith every day.

The holy father, the Pope, is the one that the Catholic religion chose as the leader of its faith for the simple reason, the Pope is in direct connection to the will of god who reveal to me his will for the Earth in accordance to our faith.

It is you who believe in nothing but stones and rock figures, giving them names and powers. "They have mouths, but cannot speak, eyes, but they cannot see;" Psalm 115:5. You have faith in them only for the reason that the devil confuses men in order to force them to receive nothing but eternal hell. You continue to have faith only because you were taught to believe the lies from birth and it is hard to refrain from doing so at old age.

The devil already has you, I could try but I find my ability to change you by words, simply non-existent. The only way you will receive and accept the word of the lord is by the sword.

Our people see our own visions too. We believe because of faith, hope and happiness, not because of the book sanctioned by the foolish Catholics. Sometimes I question it all, my friend. What if we all were right, or what if we all were deceived?

We continue this discussion because it is the best way to get to know one's enemies, to finding their weakness. For, make no mistake, until you renounce the lies of the White Christ, we are enemies, and, as enemies must, we will meet on the field of battle one day, be it only at Ragnarok, which you call Armageddon, where the forces of the Deceiver will fight those of the Righteous.

You call our gods "Stones and Rock Figures," but they speak to us, they affect our lives much more than your Dead God can hope to.

It is refreshing to see a Follower of the White Christ not so bound by the lies. Is the EMPIRE of Armenia starting to see the light of truth, see that following your Loki will lead to nothing but ruin and Unhappiness? Why would you follow a god that advocates privation and abstinence in this life, and then withholds it in the next? That, my friend, is NOT the key to happiness.

Speak to you? Ha! You hear the rocks speak. You must have taken very heavy doses before.

We will not meet in battle, I can promise you that. For god will be the one to cast you off the world.

Listen to the Catholic Pope, sniveling, afraid to fight his own battles. God believes in people doing what is right themselves, not in using him as a bodyguard. He is afraid to meet you on the field of battle. You disgrace not only His name, but that of all religions, legitimate or not.

Your support of the Pagans would not be approved by our lord Jesus. I find your support, loony at best. Loony, but very helpful to my call. When your Christians will hear you do not trust god fully, when they hear you speak in friendly words to a northern pagan with no connection to the true faith... I wonder... What will they say? Good? Our "emperor" is nice? Or... maybe something else? Your lack of faith is disturbing.

ooc: It's very hard to argue for a religion I know nearly nothing of, especially when I'm a total atheist :p

I promote the concept that we all share one God, but some do not realize it. Perhaps their Odin is God in a different form? All I ask for is open-mindedness.
OOC: I know, it's really weird arguing for the least prevalent of monotheistic religions in North America, especially if you have no concern with the other ones anyway.

A Brief History of Castile
Mikaeel Solomon al-Rashied

Mikaeel al-Rashied was born in 701 A.D. as Michael Rashon. His father was Jason Rashon. He had two brothers, Joseph and Phillip. His mothers maiden name was Catherine Griffin. He grew up in the small town of Rankton, and went to school there. According to the locals, he was ambitious and loved to fight with wooden swords. He was naughty and often got in trouble. He always wanted to be a king, his father said.
At the age of 21, Mikaeel converted to Islam. He left his family and joined the Umayyad Caliphate and became a solider. On his first battle, Mikaeel apparently killed 72 pagans in al-Andalus in one day. However that number remains to be justified. His fellow soldiers described him as unforgiving and relentless. Once, he took the head of a victim and sent it to the next town, saying that they were next. After southern al-Andalus was taken, they moved north. After many battles, and consistent performances in battle, Mikaeel was named Sultan of Northern al-Andalus. Whilst he had no national power, he controlled the provincial decisions of the north.
One day, after ruling for about 7 months, two prisoners came forth towards the Sultan. They were in horrible condition, and had been accused of murder. When asked their names, they replied Joseph and Phillip. Shocked, Mikaeel stood still for 10 minutes straight. Joseph said Mikaeel was a traitor and was the reason their father was dead. Apparently, Mikaeel had them exacuted at once. Some say he chopped their heads off himself. He took their heads and sent it to Rankton.
When al-Andalus broke up, Mikaeel immediately claimed himself Sultan of Northern al-Andalus. He named the nation Sultanate of Castile, after his road where he was born. He ruled with autocracy, but did what was best for his people. He married Layla Sheik, and they lived together for 58 years. When Layla died, Mikaeel was 79. The Doctors of the Sultan claimed he died because of natural death, but many people believe it was of pain from the loss of his loved one.
He has a great tomb and temple in his honour, in the same location of the once small town of Rankton.
