[Small Mafia] Praetorians Mafia - In the beginning

I shall roleclaim:
I am Publius Licinius Crassus, a Roman cavalry vidgelante with a one-shot scan ability for Roman vs. non-Roman. I used it on BSmith the turn I came in and got that he was not Roman, so I killed him this night. I am willing to work with the town network and take orders on who to kill so that I do not cause the death of a valuable townie. BigTin didn't do anything when he had the role, he merely lurked.

I will vote The Black Knigh, who has been suspected repeatedly and always got off the hook.

"Once more, an resounding majority on someone. Lets hope we have as much success as before with this tactic. Before we do, I guess we should at least let him speak...or maybe not, it is somewhat clear he is going to die anyway. I guess he should take it like a man...or a barbarian...or an egyptian?"

spaceman98 was lynched.

He was a barbarian German Cavalry.

He was not loyal to Caesar.

Wait... how the hell did spaceman know who Publius Licinius Crassus was?

He could've just have plucked it at random from Wikipedia.

Or he could have some sort of scanner.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Publius_Licinius_Crassus_(name)

That was way too specific of a name to be random, unless he just googled a list of Romans living in the mid-1st century BC or something. I'm betting it's a scanner or something, some way of knowing that he could claim to be that person and sound reasonable, without knowing that that person was Visorslash. Maybe he just knows more about the game.

Also, I think Roman does not necessarily mean loyal to Cæsar.

(x-post) anyone with a bit of off-game knowledge of Cæsarian times would know of the Triumvirate and much more.

Wait... how the hell did spaceman know who Publius Licinius Crassus was?

First post, the random info that might be slightly useful part.

Theres a list of about 10 names there that might be in the game or not.

Derp. Well, that makes sense.

The severed head of the barbarian, hung on a steak outside the general's tent made for a strange sight inded for the unenlightened, partially because, for some bizzare reason, it was not dead. It did not breath, or have any blood or other discernable signs of life, and its deathly grin was just as unchanging as any other dead enemy or Rome, or any hapless legionary killed by the Barbarains. However, the head spoke. At this moment, it was rather incessantly describing its own strangeness, commenting on its own bizzare existance. However, the ghastly effigy soon bored of that, mostly since no one perticularly cared. The camp had always had this strange bewitchment, and the heads of dead Romans spoke just as willingly as those of the living ones, or this German cavalryman's. Thus little attention was paid to its barbarous speech, which had no meaning for the glory of Rome (or as the severed head called it, Latin Tribe)

*runs around praying to all gods for succour*

Publius Licinius Crassus stepped forward this time. "Well we have some rather bad news this morning. Not only have we been left no sign of a struggle, so we have no clue who did this, but we also lost one of the more important important members of our group.

Titus Labienus was killed last night. How, we do not know. But this cannot stand. They have attacked the very command of our troops, and must not happen again. Find the traitors...or it will be your own heads next."

Optical was killed.

He was Titus Labienus.

He was loyal to Caesar.

If you do get a role-claim vote: The Black Knight, he really has been slipping by every day.

I don't know what spaceman was doing yesterday for calling it out, he could have been trying to clear him by voting for him, or he could just be grasping at straws, but I don't think we could figure out either way from his vote.
