SNES: Absolution III

Sorry I had computer problems + major schoolwork. So here are rather short orders. Once I get some free time I will finaly start working on a story.


Commanche
-grow navy
-continue to expansionisticly and swiftly ( ;) ) spread eastwards. Try to navigate the great lakes.
 
Druid captains continued their journeys westward, still hoping for more profitable lands. They established a large settlement on a northern island before getting lost on the return trip due to a storm that stripped them of the ability to navigate by the stars and inadvertently discovered Quebec. Quebec holds by far the wealthiest western lands that have been found yet, but the trip is hard and tedious, which slowed the Druid expansions there, they did found one notable colony, though, New Anglia, where Angles have flocked and where Aeser is practiced openly without fear of one’s neighbors. (though the Druid government does not officially suppress their beliefs the people of Britain often do)

The Scandinavians followed the Druid charts and founded a colony in a place they call Newfoundland, the colony is not very profitable though since the trip is rather difficult.

Comanche and their Allied tribes reach the Great lakes.

Lyons establishes colonies in North Africa, calling it Atlia after the local mountains.

Buntarism explosion begins to die down.

Gallic colonies established in Africa.

Zulu tribes crushed by the Madg army.

Odolists in Nippon isolated to the Southern Island.

WAR(s)

In Europe

The Fifth turn of hostilities.

The Mycenaean Navy pressed its advantage by continuing assault this turn by sailing around Iberia, they sucessfully raided and pounded the coast, but since little of the Semerian economy is focused on shipping right now the effect was negligible.

The Scandinavians came to pillage and to fulfill their obligations to the Germans as allies, but mostly to pillage. Their fleet struck first at Gibralter, taking it solidly after they had rested on a Semerian beach. After taking Gibralter they rested and pilliaged the naval stores of Gibralter they sailed determinedly to Crete, where they established a base and began raiding.

The Ajaj drove successfully north, giving the conquered lands to the Greeks, until they reached Athens, where Aleksandre was building the Colossus, they were routing the Macedonian conscripts until they encountered German ‘Werewolves’ left there to protect the colossus, the Germans rallied Aleksandre’s troops and forced the Ajaj out of the city, where the siege continues.

The Median forces on the black sea were far more successful.

In Carthage the addition of Gallic soldiers kept the Greeks alive, but thanks to the massive number of Semerian troops there it didn’t change the tide decisively.

In the Pyrennes the Semerian fortifications were finally put into place when the Gauls attacked, the fighting is hard and bloody.

On Iberia the Mycenean troops did not retreat as the Semerians had hoped, and so the Myceneans advanced mightily, though the dedicated Semerian conscripts managed to keep them from advancing too far, and the Semerian resistance in the conquered territories also slowed them down.

Lyons, who is profiting handsomely and becoming the new trade captain of the western mediterannean fears the rebirth of the Mycenaean trade empire and is beginning to show definite pro-Semerian sympathies.

Asia

Second Turn of Hostilities

This turn the two sides basically hammered each other, the Fists of Haichiman and the Inquisitors retook one island, but the Markadians kept a stronghold on the other, where Odolists in Nippon have retreated to.

The Nipponese attempted to make an advance against the Vietnamese port of the Markadians, and that was a simple disaster, with well trained Ghandian troops reinforcing the Markadians. Ghandian troops did not see much battle simply because it was a ways away, but they did fight here.

The Ghandan Navy, among the finer in the world, hit the Nipponese raiding parties against Markadian supply ships hard, though.

On the western front the Nipponese triumphed with several notable victories.

Your victories only came because of misscomunication among armies. We still gona get you. Good luck in this war from this day forward, you gonna need it.

Quick Orders

Grow the navy's size.
Pass a Supreme Council order stating that all citizens of the United Empire now have to be Druidist, and all colonists will be Druids proven before the depature of their transportation to the colony.
Compensate the others of the loss of their beliefs through incentives to join the Druidish faith.
Make those who continue other beliefs to have to pay higher taxes and limitations on personal liberties
Continue to spread Druidism worldwide.
Cotninuew to make the Druidish people more independent.

Expand the colonies in Africa and the colonies in Quebec/ Greenland using only Druidist colonists. Send 1/4 of the army to the new colony of Quebec to ensure that its loyalty is not wavering.

I will post more information on the Druidish political instiutions in the near future.

Usually you get one updgrade every turn, i.e. 'grow army once' after that it takes out of your economy, the gauls have 2 upgrades a turn for a few turns (the colossus wonder puts a cap on Antiquity because I wanted to limit it).

As for the Scandinavians, they wanted to loot and it would get them in trouble elsewhere.

As for the expansionisticnesshood of the Druids, well your orders never said anything about Quebec.
