Bread is almost always the best part of anything anyways, the starch is the staple. The Italian stuff looks to have good bread. The Chicago stuff definitely has crap crust and replaces the staple basically with straight cheese. You have to want to eat a pound of cheese.
Exactly. Good Italian crust is so good you actually can savour it in itself. And I'm a big fan of cheese - it just has to be good, and not too much of it. A lot of cheap cheese doesn't taste good to me.
Well, it's usually a lot of great cheese if it's a proper Chicago style. But yes, it's a pizza pie.
I find I don't usually like to put so much stuff on really good bread. Maybe a slice of one type of cheese. No butter, no sauce, just give me the bread when I want bread.
I got a dominio 20 minutes from my house they’re not bad but been awhile since I got one from there. My Pizza Hut was Uber cool about 20 years ago not anymore. I got to travel a hour just to find a Pizza Hut that’s any good.
