Plague struck the Somalian Capital, concerning trade that linked with Berbera. Perhaps fearing this due to the illogical expansion of Somalia. The Somalilands have retreated to expanding the Swahili Coast, treating the plague as a bad omen. Somalia still holds on to their ugly borders until sold or struck by lightning

Yes. Trade Agreements are probably going to be a little more complex than regular games since you have to decide which cities are trading with who and whether the route will be a minor, moderate, or major.

Pilgrims from the Luandan countryside continued to flock to the fertile south eastern coast. Local leaders residing in the "Horn" feared that this second influx of immigrants would unbalance the region and lead to increased crime and poverty, and thus exiled roughly 50% of Luandan immigrants eastward, who promptly formed the province of Mozambique. Small villages sprung up all over the small territory, and one, small harbor was birthed. By the standards of more advanced nations, such as the cultures in the Middle East, it was tiny and nothing more than a hamlet, but it was progress for the relatively primitive Angolan peoples, and plans were laid into motion into one day turning the village of Quelimane into a metropolis as grand as Luanda.
During this time, the local chieftain ruling over Luanda died at the venerable age of forty-seven. His son, Nuzazi, assumed the throne and continued centralizing the confederacy. Luanda was declared the capital, and any resistance against this declaration was quickly put down by Nuzazi's personal guard. The confederacy was split into three main provinces: the Horn, Luanda, and Mozambique.
