SonRISK IV: More than III, Less than II

I was expecting this to be as simple as the other SonRISK games. I don't want to deal with all of these complex buildings, upgrades, air force, and whatnot.

Wait, there are rules to this one?

Duhell?

Construct a Minor Industrial Complex in my imperial capital with 12 IPC.

Buy another army with 3 IPC.

Bank the 1 IPC.

Send 1 army to take La Plata.

Send 1 army to take Tucuman.

Butbutbut... why? Why, Zack, why? :(
Although I understand, I'm a bit disappointed by this one too.

You don't move individual units. Army Upgrades upgrade your Army.

To create a new army is 3 IPC, 5 Manpower, and 5 Army Capacity.

To upgrade your existing army with Mechanized Infantry would cost 4 IPC, 5 Manpower, and 5 Army Capacity and increase the cost of future armies to 7 IPC, 10 Manpower, and 10 Army Capacity.

Definitely, I prefer SonRISK2.

My dad fixed the router or something, but it only kind of works. I'll move downstairs later, that'll probably help.

12IC - 1 MIC
3IC - army
bank 1IC

Expand to Sonora and Great Plains.

I'm ignoring the P because I don't know what it stands for. Why aren't there any continent bonuses? What's the point of the infantry/artillery concert bonus if you can't have both upgrades? Why would anyone ever build AA guns? Is it you get all the units in your armies at once, or do you expect a lot of cooperating once one of us goes hyperpower? What are the three military unit stats?
