i already built Madrid, and it shall be a better looking city than Istanbul! especially since i got a head start in it. there's about 10,000 people in it, but its among the larger cities in the world. Cairo, or whatever the enerjak capital is should be the largest int he world, for various reasons.

also, spain is displeased with your unilateral banning of the eastern Mediterranean. Benghazi doesn't exist in enerjak and they are my de facto ally. it will disallow us from visiting them.

oh and Albania cannot cross the Gibraltar. or access western Mediterranean.

We also request missionaries. The Church of Chaos, worshipers of the Living God (Enerjak) have begun to make up the majority of our pagan people. One religion becoming too powerful is not ideal for our government, and we would like our people to have other options available.
