Was given a PB, but by whom is not known. It was detonated in Jerusalem, and RR was not discovered, so Infamy +1. Reasons for choosing Jerusalem unknown, but it is suspected it was a favor in exchange for a lump sum of gold.

A new Black Ops option has been made, due to popular demand: Track Money.

This has a 25% chance of success, with 10% chance of discovery. You can do this to any nation; essentially, it tracks the flow of money/weapons in and out of a country. If any money is sent/received, there's a 25% chance of finding out who it went to/where it came from. All this will be reported to you via PM.

Keep in mind that using this or any other Black Ops action in a turn makes it impossible to search for terrorists, as that requires your full spy network.

Are you telling me that in every single one of my missions, my agent was discovered, or that I just came out and said "I stole from you lololololol" after it happened? What if I don't want x country to know that I blow up a PB in their capital? Can I request that if I do a mission that I don't reveal the results to the general public?

And it'd be really nice if you would PM me my results since I even know how many agents I have left (I think it's 9 or 10 due to 6 infamy). You awkward phrasing has left me confused.

Also, what the heck are recruits?
 
Recruits are a terrorist group's "income," they are agents you generated this turn. So Agents 5 + Recruits 5 = 10 agents available for use in missions or as defenders. A primary way to acquire agents is to establish a new base, which costs 10 gold. For those unsavory nations willing to assist with this - be warned, the "Monitor Cash Flow" Black Op mission will make it much more difficult to supply terrorists or rogue states in general. (Important, as several minor NPCs have WMDs now; that bluff may not be a bluff)

As for not revealing results - sure, that can be done, but you won't generate Infamy from the act, naturally. (Unlike taking credit for your acts, which makes you more visible and attracts more recruits over time)

I'll probably censor the WMDs section next turn, but everyone knows VRA has Bioweapons, so it's not anything big.

It also might be a good idea to censor money if you're allowing terrorists to do discrete actions (unless of course you don't mention money getting stolen unless a terrorist announces it - sort of like embezzling, no one knows it's happening until they look for it).

Dear british friends. That land is french land. So if you dont leave, France will kick your ass. If you dont answear in 2 days i will sent the french army to take that area.

Plebiscites are to be held in Italy, Portugal, and Spain to decide on their statues as parts of the Empire of France or as independent states.
France must sign ten year non-aggression agreements with any new states.
France must sign five year non-aggression agreements with all neighbors barring the aforementioned new states.

I accept with all terms, except term 4 and 1. The iberian penisula have been since 1700 ( see my history in page 3 or 4) part of france. They have a realy large french population. And Rome was just defeated and they are too deangerous. I wont stop the occupation of the roman nation.

Personally, if we were you, we'd be happy we didn't decide to press our historical claims to Normandy and southwestern France.

But if you see fit to end this with fisticuffs, by all means, proceed. The lion's favorite meal is rooster, and it's been many years since the last time it was tasted.

P.S. We are wealthier than you. We have allies in Denmark. Our army is better trained than yours. We are fortified. We can easily outdo you in missile production. If you attack us, it will be your funeral. Everything you can build, we can build more of. Every recruit you have to join your engorged, poorly-trained, brutality-prone military, we have a dozen men waiting to fight them.

Prelate Order

While our primary goal is maintaining balance and peace in the Americas, we must insist that France not throw its people into the furnace of war for a single strip of land. The German Republic would like to see France halt it's saber rattlings against her neighbors across the channel. The Republic does not wish to see France getting into trouble over territorial disputes.
