I think it is high time you realize how the business works.

See, in our line of work, we gain more flies with honey than vinegar. This is true of both NGOs like the VRF and governments like France.
If you haven't caught on yet, the world is highly displease with your actions. So displease, that we have gained even more support than we did before you threaten to nuke those who harbor us.

And many who don't.

We will admit this. We are highly arrogant. We are human, after all. See, our analysts spent weeks working on strategy before we announced Operation Wellington. Half the job in our line of work is fighting, supporting rebellion, depleting your treasury, and establishing a base in Iberia.

The other half is public relations. France wasn't a friend to the world before but even our most optimistic analysts were pleasantly surprised once you started threatening shadows and declaring war on an idea. Of course, we already stated several times that ideas can't be killed but did France listen?

So, here are our terms.

6. France is to issue a public apology to all people of the world for threats of nuclear warfare.
