Well, how about this:

I'll ask the two reserves if interested from the get-go, and can start at 13 or 14 signups.

It may not get quite the diversity in champions/classes that I might envision for a 17-20 person game (then again, everyone may think 1 class is clearly the best) but it'll get this ball rolling!

Sign-ups still welcome at this time, but I understand that your strategy for class might be changed by the # of signups. I will also announce when sign-ups officially close (should be the very near future, but I did ask a couple people if they are interested).

When the game will start, there will be an announcement for a 24 hour period preceding the start where any changes after that will not be accepted (i.e., the game will start).
