The Pharoah Jonny-aten was walking among the ruins of Alexandria Eastern Harbor. It had been utterly pillaged and destroyed by the pirates, although the Western Harbor was spared. Many denarii of goods had been ruined, hundreds of people had been killed, trade ships had been damaged. Egypt would have her revenge...
Orders:
Build a galley at the port of Alexandria; this galley will guard the coast from barbarian incursion. (7)
The slinger and cavalry on the western border are to remain there and guard against barbarian incursion.
The infantry in Sinai continues to garrison the eastern border.
The infantry in Alexandria remains there, to guard the city from further pirate raids; our original galley is also to guard the coastline.

An alliance between us is acceptable; however, the alliance would be invalid against our other ally Nubia, just like our alliance with them would be invalid against you.

Sorry erez, I know there was many mustakes in this update, but it took my around 3 hours and I tried to finish it as fast as I can. Next one will be better.

1) Northern Half of Carthage Iberia will be given to Rome.

3) Rome will totaly leave Africa.
4) SECRET - Rome will aid Carthage in the Iberian war.

Carthage was razed. The 4th punic war was going nowhere. The Carthaginian government was packing up and leaving the desert of North Africa for the fertile lands of Iberia. The new country would not be called Iberia or Carthage, it would be called Spain.

@erez, well, you will get some extra gold, maybe alot, it just all depends. 
Though what you are garenteed is the ability to build armies in Carthage, only next turn though, becuase you just captured the city and annexed it, the people are still not fully within your power.

A week passed in the African deserts when everyone heard the News. "Carthage signed peace! The great Carhaganian king signed peace with Rome anc changed his Palace to Iberia! An alliance was signed right after!"
The news came in a wierd time, everyone tought the cavalery will assult again, but they packed and went away, to Iberia.
Many tought this as a Roman victory, except Ceaser. He tought it as a gift from Carthage for the honorable and hard fight between the two that Rome came above in the first clash, totaly...

sorry guys, update is tonight. I was realy busy the past couple days, I am sure all of you guys know about it.

Update 4: 575AD
The Indians recruit two large armies, stressing the Singhalese to the south, with their military movement towards their direction. The nation of Sinhala begins to take military preparations for a potential war against India, unless told otherwise. Many people in southern India grow in fear and begin to move away. Population in the south dramatically decreases, resulting in mass overpopulation in the north. The people become sad and begin to revolt due to overcrowd ness.
The Chinese and their literacy grow in the past 25 years dramatically. Many people decide to go to the small local universities. Many scholars venture to different parts of China to teach and share their wisdom. This has made China the most intellectual country in the world. Revolts have decreased because of this, and the income increases because they see that their emperor is caring for his people. Though the economy is still an issue, but is still growing.
The Pirate fleets have continued to terrorize the people of Egypt with their raids of the coastal fishing villages. Though a newly built Egyptian navy was built to fight the Pirates, it was not as powerful, being destroyed by the Pirate fleets there. Though their attack left them off guard to an attack by the other Egyptian fleet on the outskirts of the fire. This small underated fleet came out victorious and was promoted to Conscripts level.
The 4th Punic War has finally ended! Rome and Carthage has finally made peace. Rome, winning most land out of this treaty begin to feel the ill-tempered people of north Africa. The old Carthage becomes Spain with their capitol in Cordoba, called New Carthage. Though the old Carthage City, from recent oppression of Roman troops, crumbles under its own fire and un-modern buildings. Nothing was possible to help it.
The Catalans are on their very knees. A full fleged invasion by the Gaul army has captured more than have the Catalan territory and massacred their whole army. Their next target is Spain. Gaul has taken a couple miles inside the Spanish lands and killed 10 Carthage citizens. This has officially forced Rome and their parliament to declare war on the Gaul people for their aggression toward Spain since their recent diplomatic treaty.
