I never said take out Vulcan, I just said make Humans, Vulcans, Tellarites, and Andoria all one civ since they where all the founding members of Federation plus your original scn makes it too hard with Feddys because I have to invade those civs to put them under the Fed and ground invasions are tough.
For this version I'm think to make a coalition of the various Fed civs and call that the Federation.
Brilliant!!
On another note: On your last scn it is very hard to offer membership to Vulcan and Andor lol because they are capitols. However, I play 8-player so I edited your scn. and went ahead and gave the two Rigels, Vulcan Civ, Andoria, Teller, Betazed, and Trill to the Federation. I gave the Dominion the Breen and a group called Tholians lol.
Since tomorrow I'll be going on holiday, I didn't feel like making one last ship. Instead I directed my creativity elsewhere: (WARNING: not for 8 years and up... )
For those who are interested: I have avatar sized versions as well...
So hows the new fighter coming? I was thinking actually about the humanoid units. Wouldn't it be better if you included only ship units? If theres a ground based version of the mod in the works, I'll do the Starfleet away teams if possible. I'm just confused how you'd use them in a space mod.
@Swoggy: the fighter will have to wait for a couple of week I'm afraid since I'm in the middle of Java at the moment and too far from my copy of 3ds Max to use it in any practical way... The ground units would be to defend the various planets, but let me think about a good way to implement them first.
@Centaur: Just go to the "Finished mods" section of the main forum and you can find the previous version. There is no beta for this one yet.
@Swoggy: just visiting my inlaws, so I don't have any pics. Only took a couple of Mount Merapi a couple of days ago. It is always cool to see a smoking vulcano (from a distance )
@Centaur: in this mod we use the principle of infinitely elastic deadlines. I could tell you it is ready tomorrow, but then the principle of elasticity would kick in to postpone the whole thing... In other words: it might be a while...
