Flamand, those models are excellent!
If it helps, the Gorn are a playable race in Starfleet Command 2, so there are plenty of models in there that could give you an idea for more Civ-Trek models.
The Gorn use Plasma torpedoes in that game as their primary heavy weapon, just like the other guys have said. They don't use plasma-R's to the same extent as the Romulans though, so perhaps their attack power should be <slightly> lower than that of the Romulans...?
In Starfleet Command 2, the Gorn rely on larger numbers of less powerful Plasma. This gives them better firing-to-recharge times than the Romulans, who prefer a single, devastating attack. The Romulans then Cloak whilst their primary weapon recharges.
Gorn ships are also some of the toughest ships in the game - they can take huge amounts of internal damage. In comparison, the Romulans have relatively flimsy ships, and prefer to rely on their Cloak and agility to avoid taking damage in the first place.
...
If it helps, I can tell you what (Most of) the Cardassian ships are.
First ship on the left - Telok Class Heavy Cruiser
The orange one above it - One of Jigalypuffs new models, it's an advanced scout. (Late TNG to DS9 era)
The orange one to the right of that - another of Jig's new models, it's the most powerful ship the Cardassians will be able to build in BOTF2. It dwarfs all known Alpha-Quadrant vessels, and is about 5 times bigger than a Sovereign.

(Post Nemesis era)
The one below that - Nerok Class Scout
Middle-top-left - Keldon Class Strike Cruiser
Middle - Outpost
Middle-top-right - Neterok Class Cruiser
The one above that - Toran Class Troop Transport
Bottom-right - Netel Class Destroyer
Middle-right - Galor Class Battleship
Top-right - Starbase (Obviously

)
I have a bit of bad news if you haven't heard yet Flamand - Jigalypuff has quit the BOTF2 team!
He's gonna carry on making his own mods and stuff, but other than moderating the site, he won't be making anything else for the game.
The project is still on though, but this is obviously a big blow to the project.
