    • Term 7 is off to a roaring start… we now have two major landmark deals… 1 with Piffle and the other with Loco… together, these should put us in a very strong international position for the foreseeable future.
    • With the founding of Christianity this turn, only 1 religion (Islam) remains undiscovered. If Aloha doesn't get it – they could be totally shut out of a religion.
    • As long as I'm on religions, it's worth noting that Piffle's Taoism must have been founded in a tiny (size 1?) town… as we're still showing 0% of world adherents follow Taoism.

    • Sorry this update was so late – I’m basically falling asleep as I type this… so fortunately there were no really major developments this turn for analysis.   • Sorry this update was so long in coming, Wednesdays are busy days for me!
  • Aloha finally got out of their tribal economy and switched over to Slavery… hard to believe it took them this long.
  • Also news on the Aloha front, their recent spike in GNP is now dropping dramatically… but it's being met by a rise in MFG Goods… they're obviously switching away from working some cottages to working higher hammer yield tiles… could this be a wonder build? Or something far less interesting?
  • Still no word from Aloha on our proposed sale of technology.
  • Piffle seems eager to extended our peace treaty, and are talking about trying to arrange a combined cavalry attack on someone. They're a bit deluded because they still think that no one has Iron. We may have to clear that up for them.

  • A bit of catch-up this turn! Biggest thing I missed was probably the disappearance of Piffle’s town “NeedaName” – They must not have been able to hold the town against a barbarian counter-attack?   • A whole ton going on this turn! Biggest news has to be Aloha's acquisition of both Theology and Construction this turn. Since they just researched Music – my guess is that they traded for both of these techs… which leaves only Piffle as the sources of Construction and Loco as the source of Theology. Clearly, we're dealing with some highly active traders here. Now we'll just need to keep our eye on Piffle and Loco, and see if they come up with any new techs (in addition to what we expect them to be researching ) to confirm this theory.
  • Someone got a Great Scientist this turn... but I don't know how to tell who got it? Anyone know?
  • Other big news includes our trade with Piffle for philosophy going through… we are no longer out of order according to our agreed phases… but I'm going to just play dumb on sending optics anyway unless they write a letter. We'll try to hang on to that tech till we get paper.
  • Final note I want to comment on is Innovia adopting a Caste System… I find this to be an interesting choice, to say the least. Apparently they've decided they need some specialists more than the ability to pop rush production… they must feel pretty safe militarily, and maybe are grappling with commerce issues after their rapid expansion to 7 cities? Causing them to turn to Merchant and Scientist specialists to combat the problem? Other theories or ideas?
