Question, alex: How, in real-world terms, would you implement the restrictions on the size of the navy and on the Military Basic? Arms limitations weren't even possible to impose realistically in the 1920s and 1930s much less in the 1750s.
So you're going to have hundreds of inspectors wandering throughout the country examining barracks and looking through every possible remote anchorage for evidence of violation of the Military Basic and naval clauses?OOC: We have both the resources and willpower to enforce it. We are not dealing with an equal.
You seem to have little concept of how easy it is to hide something in a country that's not even yours.
Of course dachs, I am sure it is a very simple process to build naval warships too.Let it be known.
