So you're going to have hundreds of inspectors wandering throughout the country examining barracks and looking through every possible remote anchorage for evidence of violation of the Military Basic and naval clauses? You seem to have little concept of how easy it is to hide something in a country that's not even yours.

It is my proposal that our nations seek to overcome past conflicts and settle disputes. The withdraw from Italy was a generous act but the French and we respect you greatly. Such an act gives hope that we may find friendship in the ashes of that mess.

But before we go any further, what do the French say in the issue? Is the plight for renewed relations a crusade that only Hungary has joined, or is the issue mutually with the People and Government of France?
