OOC: Btw, do we have to pay eco. levels for our wonders now?

Story:
"...the Transbosphorians [Slavs] worship many different gods: different tribes often worship only their own gods. For example, Trepoleans worship but two gods: Belobog, the God of Good, and Chernobog, the God of Evil: in their sacrificials and their prayars, they seek to appease both. However, they also believe in large multitudes of "lesser spirits": "domovyje", "vodyanyje", "leshyje", "ovinniki" and "polevyje", who inhabit all the Slavic lands and elements of landscape."
- From the writings of Remus of Troy "On Transbosphorians".

The smoke was rising. The znachar'i stopped chanting simultaneously. The deer was burned properly indeed. The smoke was rising, it was utterly black. Bakoslav could not cough, he was so overtaken by the divine presence here.
"Chernobog is appeased." - the chief znachar' declared ceremoniously. Bakoslav sighed in relief. He feared that Chernobog might not accept such petty sacrifice. But the Black God accepted it. A sudden fear grasped Bakoslav. Will Chernobog even listen to their pleas?
Still, they could only hope for his mercy. The recent epidemic was horrible, taking many lives. But the Tripolyane persisted. Perhaps now, the Black God would have mercy...

"And Bakoslav called forth many chieftains and advisors of the Land of the Three Fields [Tripolye]. With Acceptance of Both Gods, they all came to the grad of Poljansk.
And Bakoslav declared a great feast for them, and as they ate and drank, he walked silently amongst their ranks, studying the face of each one. He studied them and remembered them, and judged them secretly. They suspected Bakoslav's intentions, but knew that rising up against him would incurr the wrath of Both Gods. They feasted, and pretended not to know what was happening.
As Bakoslav passed by, he gestured for some of them to follow him. Resigned to their fates, they stood up and walked out. The wisest, the bravest and the most honorable amongst the Tripoljane of the time they were. They left the oak-wood giant terem where the feast was held, and stood outside of it, silent, along with Bakoslav and with his druzhina, armed with strongest bronze swords.
And Bakoslav did order the execution. The druzhinniki approached those whom he saw as his enemies. They surrounded them, who still were feasting inside the terem, them who were cowards, dishonorable, lying and arrogant, and slaughtered them on the very furs on which they were seated and were feasting, and so scared were the cowards that they dared not speak as they themselves were cut into pieces. Only ten of them, the ten greatest cowards and traiots whose names are to be forgotten forever, were spared from death that day.
On the next day, they were burned at the stakes of wet wood: so that their death is slow and not from the merciful fire, but from Chernobog's black smoke itself, and so that it teaches all others of Bakoslav, harsh yet just."

Orders:
- Change ruler title from "Vozhd" to "Knyaz".
- Change government type to "Knyazdom" (as said before, for solidarity's sake).
- Get 100 chariots (the idea of Russian chariots is not something I could let pass by...)
- Expand in all directions. It is a priority to establish a border and contact with Moskovia; after that, concentrate (note that simply CONCENTRATE: that means we still are expanding in others directions, but not as much) on southward expansion along the river (easier to bring the population further south) into the fertile land (to encourage more of our people to settle there then otherwise).
