Update Two, 4800bc.
Sinhala tribe arises as the most dominate tribe on Sri Lanka. The excess of settlers the tribe has pours on over to the mainland to the west, but is constantly under attack by natives of those lands, and since the supply line is so weak (canoes can not keep up the supply lines).
An armada of Spanish canoes, each holding five people, try to make it across the stormy seas to a mystic land they believe to be to the south. They are never heard from again. One the other hand, the fighting against the Basques go very well. Many soldiers decide to lay down their axes and stones to join the Spanish empire. The Basques are near destruction.
Halifaxians until now have been very relaxed in fighting foreign tribes. However, during their easy expansion through land named Canada, they meet with a band of warrior who called themselves Iroquois. These troops are well organized and well led, putting up fierce opposition for the Halifaxians.
Georgians continue to expand without serious opposition (I cant find a native tribe for that region! lol).
The Tuetons meet with heavily armored Aryan warriors, having been trained since birth. The Tuetons loose a major battle, which halts western expansion.
Roman legions, commanded by war veterans, make easy gains on the local tribes of Italia. However, huge opposition comes from the Etruscans, just north of Rome, and hold on to their land as if they were to die if they lost it.
Well trained, well led Floridian soldiers make huge gains on the dieing Seminoles. In a major battle in the north near the Seminole capital, a whole notacor was thrown against 3,000 Seminoles. The battle in the heat soaked lands raged three days, until finally the Seminoles retreated to their village. The Floridians suffer close to two thousand soldiers.
Mongol hordes dive into far away lands in China. Not really knowing how they got there, many became lost, and the thin lines of the army were quickly chopped up by Chinese warriors. The Mongols have lost nearly a quarter of their army.
Huge amounts of dirt are transported to Seoul by the Chosons, an attempt to unify the country by a huge mound is underway and will take two hundred years to complete. Meanwhile, expansion is going smoothly, the Chosons are slyly conquering the Koreans through means of religion and propaganda village by village.
The Israelis continue expansion along the sea coast, but their armies have been ordered to halt. Instead, the scientists work on ways to use this new metal found. Nothing important discovered yet.
Johanites expand free from any opposition whatsoever. Not even a tribe exists within their realm of knowledge. However, a tribe from the north is expected to exist, as many people come from there saying they trekked almost a year to leave the tribe.
Kuyper people rise against the rest of the Dutch around the area and assume leadership of the people. However, a lot of opposition already awaits them. The Aryans to the east threaten their borders constantly, along with a more powerful foe they have ever imagined a people called the Gauls to the south.
An allied assault of Babylonians and Assyrians plunge into the Sumerian land! However, their effort is in vein the Sumerians have developed something that can, when used by just two people, can kill up to 30 people. This is called the Two-Horse Chariot, and is all made by the wheel. The Sumerians quickly incorporate this into their ranks, and is a great help facing off against an enemy three times the number they are.
Confederate forces in South America face off against the ruthless warriors in the north. Panamanians have no regard of sanctity, and fight by any means necessary. Also, a rising power to the south are threatening Confederacy stability, and call themselves the Incans.
Chicagans rise up along a great lake in determination for glory, destined for fame. With suitable land for farming, the population sky rockets and the army increases in order for the glory of the land.
The Pharaoh himself led the armies of Egypt against the Nubians, but was to no prevail. The Nubians have won a couple significant battles, and halted Egyptian expansion south.
New NPC nations have been made this turn: Aborigines, Sioux, Carthage, and Russia.

Right now, you have not more then canoes as a navy. These are river canoes. Its hard for them to navigate even a lake, let along a sea. So do not expect to get far in this age.

The growing Floridian Empire, having defeated the Seminoles was in a great period of their history. The entire penninsula had almost been united. The peoples who were not part of the native Floridian lands in the north were forced to pay a tribute every 5 years of 1 out of every 50 of their people to be sacrificed for the gods. Most tribes knew it was for the best as it would give the gods blessing upon them and it was considered the highest honor, next to dying in battle, to be killed for sacrifice.
The Floridian Emporers of the time were all religous leaders, commanding the people who willingly followed as not to disturb the wrath of god. The emporers united the land under the claim of the divine right of Florida to rule all.

General Azale reflected on the past two days as he led his battalion into battle. His nation had been doing terrific, it was expanding, the military was growing. And then the Iroquios came. Although not as strong as the Halifax army, they had managed to organize and stop expansion. Battles had been won, yes, but not always easily. Now, though,we would surely beat them! He could see a Iroquios division massing in the hills. It seemed that they didn't notice the halifaxians. Well now they will! "Charge!"sounded General Azale. As they two masses finally began attacking, Azale noticed something horrific. The Iroquios were riding great big beasts, that had four column-like legs, and could make the rider faster. His people would not run, but he saw more of the Halifaxians going down, than Iroquios. He was just about to retreat when reinforcements came. Inuit Warriors sped up to the battle field, yelling and slashing ferociosly. After that the battle turned and soon every iroquios soldier in Centralia was dead. After the battle, a soldier who had been inspecting the Iroquios tents and area, brung back two of those beasts. He seemed quit pleased with himself. He said"they call them Horses. aybe we could use them"General Azale replied"Yes, maybe we can". He thought to himself, yes soon we'll march on Ticonderoga.
