The King of the Kingdom of the Isles was staring silently from a hill, to his west lay the sea and while he could not sea anything except a seemingly endless mass of water he knew as a matter of fact that beyond the horizon several isles existed, to his east lay a seemingly endless chain of mountains, in those lands thousands of different clans roamed, some loosely associated with each other but none was united enough to stand in the way of Clan MacDonald.
To his son the king said: All the clans that ever opposed the our glorious clan were defeated and are now septs of our great clan, bound to us by something as great as blood members of our septs are allowed to keep their Tartans or wear the Tartans of Clan MacDonald .
This tradition has allowed our Clan to steadily grow to what we are now and will allow us to expend our borders, forcefully uniting the clans under the rule of the MacDonald and creating an even greater Kingdom for our people to thrive in.
Gather the septs, Clan MacDonald marches to the east, its time to subdue the MacKintoshes once and for all.
