Jason, you really should make few non-playble factions such as the Romans (just to fill the empty italy), and some greek cities. Like in the xen's nes.

It is only my advice not an order.

I mean it is my opinion, nothing else, he can say 'no' to it if he wants to.
 
haha, i remember stjnes5.... the Muscuvites.... a NPC barbarian tribe that overran teh great powers of Europe and stopped at Burgundy... dun ask for NPCs :p

He have ordered to burn it into the ground, slaughter all it's citizens and on this ruins create a new capital for our people. The city of Amai. More of a village now, but one day our capital will restore it's ancient glory.

Some say Rujarat spoke right our of his body in human language for all to hear. Ones men became unpure. They ebgun to do as their free will commands he stopped talking in human language. He left this world and remained only in the priest mind. Since than our family, the Suku, must move the word of Rujarat to our leaders. The royal family of Sufu. (ooc:next story) They must do as he wish or else. All are afraid of Rujarat, but all give him his rightfull honor. He saved us from the desert he created. He saved us in my wars. Without him the germanians would have surely ruined us forever. And now i rest in my house. Maybe I will hear his voice... Oh there it comes.......... Oh great Rujarat! Father of all! What is your word?"

A voice was heard in the skies. Strange words he spoke. Long and high voices piked the skies as they became greenish. Than it all stopped. Not even a clowed apeared as the sun rised above the horizon into a new day.

Story and such today
 
The Tribes of lapland have united under the leadership of one chief; Chief Aslak. Under his leadership the confederation is becoming more centrailized and more effective 'official' government is replacing the tribal despotisms.
The small pastoral economy of this loose confederation is centered around in reindeers and the food and small surplus gained from them. There is no real farming and the forests have remained untouched by the semi-nomandic peoples. The cold winters and tough life style has created strong fighters and the lapland's very warlike male population does have it advantages and disadvantages; clan wars are common.

The laplandic tribes are exceptional smiths: they produce excellent metal objects, tools and weapons. The scandinavia is not known for it's horses and the laplandic tribes are bad horsemen compared to the steppe tribes or others.

The UU of Lapland:

Coldland Clansmen (little bit like highland clansmen ;) ): The warriors of the lapland are strong and loyal, their tough life style has made them exceptional fighters and their metal making skills mean that they are armed with very high quality weapons. They can be often undisciplined and over-impentious.

Laplands orders: expand southwards, train 200 UU, and spend one eco-level for growth.

eh, its not our fault if you can't handle a little competition, xen. You never know how good you are until you can conquer a region like the med. sea where there are a good number of competitors.
 
can i hande it? Yes.

do i want to? **** no. I play NES's because I want to ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE, not because i want to fight people who are dumb enough to start right beside me, whom by all accounts is an irritible bastard, particuraley in the med sea, when (and people never seem to understand this) Land is at a premium; mor eplayers in one area dopsent equal more land area (and in turn a stronger power base, and a longer lasting nation when invaded) it just equals more compittion war, and petty player alliances and intrigues, all of which are a promt pain in my ass, and that for the firsdt 10 turns at least, i'd rather do without.
 
No xen, it is funner with more people in one area so those alliances do spring up, and so you do have a chance to use more skills other then invading NPCs. You use diplomacy more, which makes the game much funner for everyone.

Anyways, it matters not.
