The only veil of any freedom in your Empire is that every once in a while when a Khan dies, the people choose the new monarch Khan. But once that election is past, the new Khan is not inhibited legally by anything or anyone and can rule tyrannically with an iron grip. In Russia meanwhile, they are forming a Duma - an elected parliament - which will surely limit the hereditary Tsar's power. What do you have that maintains democracy and freedom in the Mongol Empire? And this statement of yours:

only proves that beyond the few elections for a new monarch, there is no freedom but tyranny in your country. Look at your own selves before you go criticizing other countries.
