Mongolia
It was the first year of 1900. Just 3 months ago the Great Khan Ugudun died and a replacer was being chosen. After 3 months of work the elders finaly came to conclusion of the new great khan. Genghis Amedi Khan was decleared across Mongolia as the new sole ruler of the Empire.
Since the days of it's emerge Mongolia changed by much. Today it has many others except Mongols in it, and much freedom rights are entering. Since always Mongols had freedom, there were no slaves, and all religions were allowed, but there was still only one rulr, chosen everytime to rule all of the Mongols, chosen by skill and not by family. But the new Khan was a young men, a Mongolian that lived in Mexico for several years and came with the ideas of democracy. He loved MOngol history and the idea of the sole khan chosen by skills and having full contorl over the country. This created a much more stable country, for the mongols. Being a yound men that grown on the ideas of freedom for all and not only your people he decided to extend the way a khan is chosen...
In several days after his rise he decleared that he will change the Mongol old ideals. From his death the next khan will be chosen from all people living in Mongolia, all ethnics. The next khan would be chosen by all the rest of the people. He will be chosen by all for his skill. Not only Mongols from that day could rule Mongolia, but that was only the beginning of Khan Amedi...
Amedi also was a beliver in the status quo. He didn't liked the ideals of full democracy, or the social ideas. He belived that if more than 1 man was in rulership over a country it would take too long to put ideas into action. Yes one man will need advisors, but too many people will turn into a bad country, where ideas never take form. The new khan belived that the sole leader must be chosen by all people, but he must retain all control over the country, army, economy and everything. Socialism was not liked by Khan Amedi because the freedom of trade and work was prety much canceled... Each man need to choose what he want to do... Not the goverment. The Khan knew what he plans. The Voted Despotism was his own idea, a Mongol ancient idea taken into the new age.
Amedi belived that Mongolia must also improove it's Army. It might have been big and trained, but it was not enough in case of a war or rebellion... Only because the country was so darn big.
to Asian Countries:
We ones were highly aggresive but we have decided to change. We wish to sign a treaty of Asian peace and prossperity. We call all Asian countries to sign the Asian Union Treaty to keep Asia safe from outsiders and to have room for free trades and to insure Asia will also grow!
to Persia:
You have talked with us about an alliance. We shall agree to one.
to Korea:
We wish to sign an alliance with the country we ones helped to have freedom. Will you agree?

Invade Russia with my army and with any allies joining this turn. Spread propeganda to Ukraine and Baltic areas that they will rebelle.
Invasion should go with riders as we the mongols are the best riders. Use guns but also bows to save ammo (a bow can still kill... don't forget).
As a tactic march fast with horses shooting arrows and with the guns as the enemy army and than ride away causing them to break and than march back in with guns maces and arrows to kill as many of them and to make them scared. Use very loosed formation that it will look like we got a much bigger army. Use the ancient flags and signs system in the battles. Artileries shoudl be used on troops masses and on cities and fortifactions.
