To start off, update will be tomorrow. I think I have most orders, so
@Oxford: you can increase econ while starting trade, building a wonder, and/or researching something. you just can't increase econ when you're already increasing something else (Research Level, Army, Navy, or when it becomes available - Air Force)
as for your wonder, you're right - the first two effects are very strong and extremely extensive, and the last effect is quite negative. however, it's not negative enough to really balance out against the two positive effects. so, two options: you can either make the first two less powerful or the last effect more negative for you, or you can keep the current settings but it will take quite a while longer to actually complete, since its "consequences" are so far-reaching across an entire continent.
@ Sheep: Just out of my own curiosity and for feedback so I know what I might need to improve in updates: Is Afghanistan getting boring because it is boring on its own or you have no story ideas or anything, or am
I making it boring? No harm will come from a negative answer. Just wondering.
@ Everyone: Do not think that you can just switch countries on a whim and get away with it cuz it ain't happening (don't mean to put you on the spot, but stalin and sheep, I refer to you. This time, I'll let it slide just ONCE, mainly because I was away for a whole day and wasn't home till late at night last evening and during that time, diplo has been flying around that cannot be reversed between South Germany (the nation Sheep took over) and Prussia. But next time someone thinks of jumping nations, remember that the main excuse out of only 2 or 3 that I will accept for switching (and I think this may actually be the single one) is if your country is conquered. Then you can freely go to another country under the condition that you do not carry over any OOC rivalries and that your relations with the nation that conquered the first country will not be affected or based simply on the fact that they destroyed the first nation that you had.
Next time if anyone jumps nations, I won't care what kind of diplo happens in the meanwhile, I will just say "no. you're going back".
