India and the USEA
The USEA (I have no idea why I keep putting S on the end of it lol) is a culturally differed country,in the far east.The name derives from the fact that they are all eastern asian countries.Except the african lands that have since then been annexed,and added to the empire of the USEA.
The USEA is headed by the Emperor,who is currently Amil Savlah.He has a group of advising governors that he regularly meets with to discuss matters of external and internal affairs with.The Emperor has the last say on what happens,and has an extensive beaurocracy to keep him informed on his governors' actions,thus they don't get out of line.
The Military gets it's greatness from a staff called the "General Military Assembly" the equivelant of the "Military Intelligence" of the US military.It is comprised of 10 scholars,10 alchemists,10 military commanders,and 10 civil officers.This staff is constantly looking for new forms of warfare,new weapons able to be used,new tactics,and forming plans for invasion on other countries.
History of the Savlah Dynasty
Many years ago,an Emperor Kamil Dimeetran had united India,and took back much of their lands from Afghanistan.He made a strong Empire for which his son ruled peacefully,as did his son,and the son after...But...The 5th heir to the Indian throne had no children before he died of accidental drowning in his own garden pool.
The country didn't even have to think twice about haveing his very capable prime minister,Amil Savlah as their leader.The young man had shown greatness before in his cheritable acts to the country,such as personally advising farmers to manage their lands better,the forming of a cherity work,called the "Farmer's gathering" that some farmers gave some of their seeds,and other farming goods to,so that the empire could further it's farming.
Amil Savlah also enacted many a military reform,that made the Indian Military the finest in the world.Borrowing ideas from Mongolia,far off Prussia,Britain,and Japan.the result was a very highly trained army and navy.The mongolian cavalry tactics,with Prussian rank fighting tactics proved most usefull to the Indian military,as well as the Japanese discipline.Japanese and British naval tactics were implimented to the navy.
Amil Savlah,after takeing the title of Emperor of India,was the one who started the General Military Assembly,and thus the military ideas of the world were made even better threw this method of constant military research.He quickly started to make a more military feel threwout the country,bye way of military parades,and posters being put up in markets and public places about loyalty to the Emperor and how it's a great honor to serve in the best military in the world.
When the country of Siam accepted to join with Amil Savlah's new India,the Siamese army was taught the arts of the Indian military,and then they were paradeing and haveing showoff displays within the siamese kingdom.This made the people of Siam proud they had joined with India.Hell,it didn't even seem like it was part of India.Because they were all a part of a whole union.That of South East Asia.For their new country name gave no one country a glorified name.
So the Union of South East Asia was created.Amil Savlah as the Emperor over the whole of it.Quickly some of the siamese scholars,alchemists,military commanders,and civil officers were placed into the General Military Assembly.
The Emperor was studying the world's events,since he had a very stable internal policy going on,and he came across such things as the mongolian war,and his neighbor china's involvement in it.Also of the Zulu rebelions.He gathered the governors and the siamese King,and discussed with them what should happen.They chose to take a neutral involvement in the mongolian war,and hostile involvement towards Zululand with their rebels,since they had an ally in Somalia,that had rebels fighting to join them.
The Emperor consulted with his allies,in Japan and Somalia,and decided to invade.Thus a 3 pronged invasion of Zululand happened.Somalia invadeing by land,Japan invadeing their mainland,and driving towards their capitol,and the USEA invadeing Madagaskar.HUGE success was made in the invasion of Madagaskar,and limitted land gains for the other 2 allies.
A "Treaty of Madagaskar" was presented to the Zulu Emperor thereafter,as advised by the General Military Staff,so that they wouldn't have to lose any more men over dirt.The result was an arrogant speech amounting to "no" given by the Zulu Emperor.
A second invasion was mounted by the USEA,as advised by the General Military Staff,a few resisting cities on the coast were reduced to nothing,and the populaces totally killed,except a few survivors that were sent to spread word of the force of the USEA military.In this way almost all of the Zulu west coast was captured,and a huge beach head was established.The west coast had become a huge colony of the USEA.Military parades were staged threwout the tooken lands,to show the new people what they were now a part of.
The conquered people weren't at all pissed about being took.They had hated the decidant Zulu Empire since their takeover many years ago.The spirit of nationalism had never hit the Zulu empire,so the Zulu people only thought of the harsh taxes and everything imposed by the rulers.The USEA didn't impose very high taxes,for they wanted the farmers to prosper,so that the surplus could be sold at the market,and more people could prosper.
After a year and a half of warfare,a communist revolution finally couped the old and fragile Empire that had been under the harsh rule of the taxing Zulu government.Thus,the communist regime quickly sued for peace,and posters of victory for the empire and an article in the news paper entitled "Zulus Ready to Spit Shine Our Boots"
Thus,the USEA was formed,and is here to stay.Under the rule of Amil Savlah the Great,much is expected,and much has been accomplished.What he has in store for the world,only time will tell.
