Update 1300 AD
Peace is achieved as the Seljuk-Tatar War is closed by the acknowledgment of Seljuk independence. The Kuriltaria government has decided to make a dramatic change to a feudal form of royal government, giving much autonomy to its various provinces and regions. The responses of the far-flung parts of the empire are supportive, but the Tatars in the homeland feel it an abomination to their traditions to give such great freedoms to the outlying provinces.
The new government of Malaysia has begun a hunt for the pro-Nurajid remnants in the military. Most of the pro-Nurajids have been killed in slaughters across both the Australian continent and Malaysian islands.
Throughout Australia and the island Tasmania, the people rejoice as their resistance culminates in the beginning of the withdrawal of the Malaysian troops from combat and the Australian Republic extends itself to rule the continent with the open consent of the people.
Some in Papua are also considering asking for admission into the Australian Republic. The Papuan Grand Tribal Council is planning a meeting to discuss the matter.
MALAYSIA: -3,000 Infantry, -20 Catapults
The Travancori-Afghani war ends as well, the government of Afghanistan accepting the loss of the land east of Indus River. While the Travancoris celebrate the victory (+4 confidence points), the Afghani people mourn and scorn their government for the quick peace (-2 Confidence levels).
Danzig has rejoined Germany, but not of its own volition. Noone welcomed the German duke that came to administer the city-state for the German Empire. Many Danzigers, in defiance, speak the Lithuanian language rather than the German one.
The Zoroastrian branch of the Sassanids has died, and a council of top administrators elected by a slim majority of 60% to accept the Muslim Sassanids living in Iraq to the throne to unite the two countries. Some of the eastern border provinces, primarily Zoroastrian in faith, are rebelling to join Afghanistan. The Zoroastrian League may end now, with the return of one of its three members to Islamic government, and the tensions that are rising between Afghanistan and Persia over the eastern Persian provinces.
Economic downturn hits the Aghlabid and Moroccan empires due to repeated pirate attacks against their coasts. Some speculate that the new arrivals, the Toltecs, are trying to stir the sea, so to speak, to gain empire, while others speculate Israel is trying to distract and weaken their neighbors to maintain its precarious position as the local power. (Both economies fall to Mild Recession level)
The Scandinavians have colonized some land east of the Eastern Aristocratic Republic and Lithuania. They have also paid Kuriltaria 2 economy points for an NAP. Both moves were deplored by the tribal council but the head of the government did not heed the councils reservations (-1 confidence point).
Another series of anti-Catholic attacks occurs in northern France, and news of this travels quick, throwing the French and Iberian peoples into open revolt, and a few of the Catholic nobles have appealed to the Papacy for help. It is unclear yet if that help will materialize and if so, how. It appears that Lithuania, the Mediterranean Kingdom, and Venezia are all enthusiastic about the independence and rise of a Catholic ally to check the Eirian influence. But no action will be made until the Papal Union decides it should be so. And of course, having Catholic Germany support Franco-Iberian independence would bolster the Catholic side significantly.

- justokre you have no excuse for this: you MUST include in your orders how much of the military unit you will get for the money youre spending on it. Weve been over this a dozen times with various people throughout this NES. The penalty for you Im not going to issue with very high reluctance, because you should know already.
- lordnickigawa same issue, though youre newer so Im more forgiving.
- ostegan again, same exact issue, but like lordnickigawa youre new to this NES so I guess now you know
