stMjMNES1:First Blood

You had alot of questions, though here they are, ansewered to my fullest abilities:

Israelite
Ok:
•1 With as many ships as possible being used for the war efforts, they picked up the colonists and abadoned the seemingly useless colony.
•2 You must think of countryside rebellions and attacks. There are an extreme amount of partisans and resitiance in Thessaly, they are xenophobic, even to other Greeks. (Athens)
•3 Dont remember it in orders, and no longer have them. I dont forget things like that, so do resend orders if you want that city.
•4 Like I said, major resitiance and such. It turned more into a years struggle. With being stationed for so long away from home, and in constant fighting for an idea that is hated with ferocity, it gets hard. They decided to start anew and fresh, join the familiar ranks of Dalmatia.
•5 Like I said, it turned into a long seige fight/battle. Years, enough for other nations to take their peice of the pie so to speak.
•6 Im also not seeing an Eastern Ebro Carthiginian city. Please point this out.

The other questions have been ansewered if im not mistaken.

To yellow-bellied cowering infantile Tharian scum:
From the invincible warriors of Massagetes:
Do you so foolishly deny our benevolent offer for peace and continued existence?

(See previous page, in case you missed it)

To Massagetes

Usually we have a peace loving, worshipping nature. We will not bow down to you heathens. We know the only reason the Gods let you exsist is because we have grown soft. We must become harder, sterner, ready for the Day when They Come. We will show we are worthy to the Gods by destroying your pathetic attack. We will not bow down to heathens who cannot even hold together their kingdom! You will fail! India will never become a barbarian nation!

To unbelieving and foolish Tharian dog-cowards:
From unstoppable Massagete conquerors:
Your gods are false, and your bravado is falser still; if you are so coruageous as you claim, you would not cower behind walls of stone and timber! We shall tear your kingdom to the ground, stone by stone and brick by brick, and lay waste to the temples of your untrue deities. If you are men, and have any honor, and are ready to fight us as you claim, then come out from behind your pathetic defenses and meet us in combat like warriors. You may hide behind your barriers of stone and iron, but we will find ways past them -- over, around, under, through, it makes little difference -- and when we do, we will take the greatest of pleasures in ravaging your wives and your farms. You are worse than cowards -- old women, kicked dogs! -- and have not the courage nor the strength to fight us in open battle. You make my horse sick.

I'm not sour. I just thought that my stories would bring the Koleth back under control.

But I'm sure that if you don't want stories to have a direct effect on the NES, that's fine. I can NES without stories.

I don't understand how a single story can bring a rebellious fraction or region under control... *looks at das's nes* It'll help but won't exactly do much. :(

Is there any chance we could get the stats updated before you go :)?

Also two quick questions from me -
a)It seems Sinhala did some exploration - has it managed to contact the indus valley nations?
b)Whats Decca like?

Well I can spot a slight mistake in mine - nothings changed from last update! And my wonder hasn't been started!

For reference
Spoiler :

Spending Points
Sacrifice 1 Economy Level (I'm not sure if I read the rules right - when we sac a level do we have 6 or 8 to use? i.e do we still have the 2 'normal' points)
2 Points into Infrastructure
2 Points into Buying Galleys
2 Points into Naval Training
2 Points into Education (if we only have 6 do not do this one)

Start a wonder; The White Sail Fleet representing advances in long distance trade ships and ship building techniques (+2 Naval Training, +10 Ships, +1 Confidence).

MjM stop being naughty. HAHA

I cant send orders til Monday my time anyways, computer ****ed up and is getting fixed. ANy diplo for Byzantine will be replied to then. I AM NOT IGNORING YOU.

Disenfrancised said:
But do you still have the 2 you would get normally?
sacrificeng an eco level gives you 4 eco points + 2 normal spending = 6 eco points

Sorry, I'm going to have to drop out of this; I'm having too much trouble keeping up with what is going on, especially after the wierd update-by-PM.

Final diplo: Sign an alliance with Calabria. Help them, which I owe them, seeing as I missed out on the last time I was supposed to do so.
