I can't promise anything, but I would probably write a few hundred years and post a new map, a history, and new stats. Probably, if I judge I have the time.

if updated, can A)the present balence of power, primarilly, be preserved, and B)it not be developed past the age of exploration, and that significant portions of the world are still "unkown"

regardless, the general policy woudlnt have changed any; increse trade (and technology)routes via exploration, look to estbalish old worl tradeign out post, and new world colonies centered on New York/Pennsyvania, North Carolian and Virgina, as well as Florida/the Carribiean, plus maby a few south american possesions, Like Rio De Janerio, and otherwise put full stock into defending everything
