The Canadians were only independent because it is too cold in Canada for the Lizards. They also had less tech than the USA, USSR, Germany and Britain because those nations were the ones who most frequently fought the Race, and stolen the Races technology!

And if it is alright with sheep2 id not like to be a nation but id like to post stories based on the Chinese rebellion. Is that ok?
