He said he didn't turn it off.Yeah, unless in BTS it has changed, when I turn off cultural victory, NO ONE can win it.
Another thing, in Chris "Flouzemaker" Shill's story, Suleiman made fun of Divine Right after handing it over to Winston... Wasn't Suleiman himself a Caliph of all the is Muslim and therefore a "Pope" chosen by God to be their leader? He said he didn't turn it off.
On the other hand, I've been doing a small research about Harems, apparently they were "founded" (As in the harem's buildings etc) in the Ottoman empire, but the word Harem is an Arabic word (I know that because it's my native language) which means forbidden. Harems were made up not only of Sultan's wives but also sisters, mother and the rest of his female relatives. But of course, he didn't have sexual relationship except with his wives.

Perhaps he could just refrain from winning? You obviously don't understand. I know that no one can win it if you turn it off completely.. I'm saying in this game, he said he couldn't, but everyone else could. I'm just asking how that is possible.
Yeah I was kinda waiting for that, you know.It was a self-imposed rule I think resulted from criticism of a cheap win in the last game.
Also, for some reason this entertained me. No raid 'n' role though...
Alright... this is what the Ottoman Empire currently looks like in 1912 AD, before I play the turn:

You can see, near Seoul, one of the other reasons I had betrayed Catherine: I won't have Oil until Plastics unless I take Seoul.
Furthermore, I don't even have any coal, which does frustrate me so. Can't indulge my railroads fetish...
Anyhow, I'm resuming play, so expect an update when I'm done!
Thanks for all the advice!![]()
