A Little Odd
To: Turkey
From: The European Union
We applaud Turkish efforts to reinstate the proper balance between Azerbaijan and Armenia. We regret that we are currently unable to send troops to assist, but Turkey can count on us to do so if the situation becomes much worse.

Man shall soon take to the stars, and with our construction of the world's only operational launch pad in Cayenne, French Guiana, the European Union shall be the first of the greater powers to begin taking advantage of all that outer space has to offer.
This message is more of an invitation than anything else; leaders and diplomats from every nation around the world are invited to witness the launching of our first space shuttle next month, which we hope will soon become a fairly common event. The only exceptions to this invitation are the governments of China and the EULA, with whom we currently have no diplomatic relations.
Let this event be a meeting grounds through which all nations can meet and discuss the furthering of the human race, in addition to be a simple technological spectacle. We look forward to discussing possible cooperation between ourselves and other nations in the future at this meeting as well, and hope to see all of you there.

We repeat that we are willing to mediate peace discussions between the two of you.
Regardless, we will not allow the situation to spiral out of control, and will interfere on one side or the other should such occur. You have been warned.
