Teleportation or Invisibility?

Which superpower would you prefer?

Me, I'm going with teleportation just because there I can think of more uses for it right now. Close call though.

It would realy depend on how either of the powers would actually work, like the difference between 'HG Wells' invisibility and 'The One Ring' invisibility. In all I'd take the side of being invisible, with that kind of stealth I could do almost anything...

I'd go with teleportation. You could make a lot of money as a magician with that skill.

With invisibility you wouldn't really be invisible because people would still be able to hear you, see your footprints, fingerprints, see you with infared vision, etc.

This is what I meant by 'how it works' in terms of invisibility. In "The Invisible Man"-style invisibility, you're only invisible because likght is passing though you. You can still be hard or felt by others, and your actions have a visible impact on the world arround you. On the other hand, if you were invisible beacause you were 'out of phase' or able to enter some kind of etheral 'ghost' form, then matter would just pass though you and you'd have nothing to worry about.

Assuming a ghost-state I would move in a sort of odd wave-like form, 'trasmitting' arround so to speak.

Ok, we'll make it so when you are invisible you can be soundless too but you are still there and people can bump into you and you can't walk thru walls.

You could teleport anywhere.

There would be danger of death perhaps if you teleported into a anti-American rally or a warzone or something but no, you wouldn't get destoried in the process.

You can bring whatever you want, but only stuff you can lift and hold against your body.

And sure, you could go to Mars, but remember, once you get there, you still have to deal with the circumstances. If there's a hold in your suit you'll still die. Let's say for the record it takes 60 seconds to teleport (you have to click your heels or something) to keep people from being too risky.

Well you could also rob banks and stuff like that without killing anyone unless the banks had infared sensors.

I suppose you could also be a great spy! You could also have a hidden camera in your pocket and use it to tape celebrities doing scandalous things and sell it on the internet

With teleportation -- I just thought now -- you could also be a delivery service -- better than DHL, etc. You could charge a lot for instant delivery.

Ev suit would be properly pressurised and tested in a pool for leaks. It would also be rated for suvival against radiation, extreme temp and so on.
Plus I would be part of specialised NGO which would back me up with technical support team.

Teleportation definately. It'd save me a small countries gnp in travel expenses. I'd teleport to nearby places first, then farther, then farther until I can go to the other side of the world in one jump. And I wouldn't have to be late for work at all. Just be ready until 8am and them BAMF!
