I don't think we need to worry about beakers. We can alternate researching expensive techs. As long as we/they get each others technologies, we're stronger than a team by itself.

considering entertaining is a bit of a tautology, but I suppose thats nit-picking. I have the feeling that using the word "alliance" about COG is a bit strong at this stage, and maybe we should be more ambiguous until we can guage BATs reaction in the chat.. something like:

We are entering into friendly negotiation with (COG), but would like to discuss the ramifications of this relationship with you first.

Maybe ramifications is too strong also, but letting BAT know they are more important is the key.

responses always too late... lol ... our messengers are too long, so we

We met a scout from GCA, but not yet for COG. We will discuss about that at
