Does this mod still work? I have attempted to download and follow all steps but it wont show up in mods folders or in game etc

I am so confused...I feel like im still pretty tech savvy with this stuff especially with how simple the instructions are...any chance you can help me out? Would be super helpful!

The TTE_2K folder should go in your DLC directory, rather than your MODS folder; it's a pseudo-DLC, not an enablable mod. I don't know what the TTE_1K folder is in the second screenshot, and I don't know why there isn't anything else in your DLC folder, but the answer should just be to put the former folder into the latter directory.
