It's an epic battle, two titans of the snack industry battling over our hunger.

The debate has raged for eternity over which is the superior.

I now ask the age old question - Which do you prefer?

Pot Noodle. I like the adverts better -- the old ones, with the welsh guys and the athlete, "pretend it's a gold medal" -- "SILVER! SILVER!". Oh what a riot. And, "Fibre - eurgh, not tasty - No fibre - mmm tasty."

I don't understand - what's the difference. Pls define and elaborate on the two terms.

What's a 'pot noodle'? A 'super noodle'?

I would like to know either. seems it is not the thing I thought of first, otherwise this thread would be closed. ;)

At least you have to 'cook' Super Noodles in your own saucepan. Pot noodle is a bridge too far into junk food country for me.

They are instant meals where you just add boiling water and get "food" :)
Ah! We called them 'cup noodles' and 'instant noodles' in these parts.

I kind of like Nissin cup noodles. Good stuff.

Pot Noodles are vile. Super Noodles are better but they taste greasy. You used to be able to buy Orient-themed noodles in lunch boxes, those were nice. Haven't seen them anywhere for ages, though.
