@Strider - Your current balance is 1069.1g (look at chat #25 line). Your loan will be payed off during chat 29. The chat #30 line is a leftover from when your payments were lower (so the loan was longer) and should be ignored.

Ok... I get it now.... About the knight thing....

Also remember:
If you get a title from an office, you have to decide whether you want the money from the title or from the office. You cant have both!
So if you are a mayor for example, you are eligable for a knightly title. If you choose the knightly payment of 10g/tc, then you dont receive your mayorial payment of 20g/tc any more...!
Also as far as i understand the rules, the payments for titles do NOT add for the same title. So being 2x knight will not give you 20g/tc.

@gunning1: 577.4g owed on loan. -45.6g in account.

@Strider: Each title type is paid once, regardless of how many of that same title you posess.
