Hey Capo!
No rush at all, just curious:
How much work is needed on Arpad?
IIRC a couple months ago you said it's basically finished, just want to make some small improvements on him

Well, I was going to rework him based on Cool's suggestions to make him look more "Hungarian," which I have already started on. So I just planned on releasing him with the next round of LHs which should include Medici, Muwatalis and either Jefferson or Harun al-Rashid. I will be working on those guys after I release my Egyptian units, which should be any day now because all but a few are completely finished, and the one's that aren't are basically finished.

I was going to work on Benazir Bhutto with Bernie but it looks like he's just going to finish her up on his own, so we'll see about that one. I have preview images of her, but I'm not sure if Bernie wants me to show you guys so you'll have to wait.

You could easily use the Cyrus LH for a model, or even the Sulieman LH could also be of help. Those are my two suggestions.

I know that Embryodead and I have been looking for a good Harun al-Rashid LH for quite some time now, so could you please make him.

Thanks for the suggestions, but those are three entirely different versions. The one I am making will integrate a lot of what you have suggested but I am going to go in a slightly different direction. He will be a bit younger than the three images you have chosen.

Capo, my hat off to you then, that would be GREAT if you could make him younger
I would have perfered that, but I just could not find a picture of him younger

One regrettable thing about Islam and the Arab/Turko/Persian world is their disdain and hatred for portraits and sculptures, even of non-religious works

It is no problem, in fact sometimes it is easier to create an LH when there is no image to base it on because it gives you more wiggle-room. Anyway, since I am releasing the four (Medici, Muwatali, Harun al-Rashid and Arpad) together it will take a bit longer than releasing them individually, but it should be within the next couple of weeks.

And as usual, I'll keep you all posted with updates. In other news Bhutto is looking awesome right now.

Just make sure we don't die in the meantime, okay? Just kidding! As I told ekmek recently, I can be very patient, if I only see that things are on their way - and I do. Also, I figured out that I have and 'agent' who is already taking care for reminding you

I am also working on a mod so what I have to do is balance the time between the people waiting on LHs and the people waiting for my mod. I am just going to work on a couple of things for my mod (a few units, which I am getting much better/quicker at doing) and I should have these done pretty shortly. I have already started on Harun al-Rashid, Muwatali and Medici, and as stated before Arpad is nearly finished. So it shouldn't be as long as you anticipate.
