That's amazing, Capo! It looks like a CivRev leaderhead for XBox 360!

Looks as good as always, The Capo. Three suggestions though:
1. You should work on the texture of the golden part of the helmet in any case. At the moment it is too obvious where it is from. You mentioned that you plan to work on the texture, so this might belong to your plans anyways.
2. Do you want to keep the clothing like this? t's not bad, but I think it doesn't really fits here. Especially that strap (is that actually the correct word?) and that white shroud... Somehow, it looks too modern to me. I could imagine something with leather instead. On the other side, simply removing the strap would make the LH look boring, I believe... Next, some armory is good, but it shouldn't be too heavy. At the moment it is pretty dominant.
Alternatively, I could only repeat myself and recommend clothing like this:
But I suppose that would require you much work...

3. You might try a different eye colour. There is no problem with the current one, but something decent green or brown might look better. Maybe we could have previews with all three colours next to each other and then compare them. It's a minor thing, though.

Okay, you are basically correct. I have a great idea now for how to recreate the clothing. This will delay my plans slightly, but I think you'll consider it well worth it.

Glad to see, that you don't feel annoyed by my suggestion. It looked like I'm pretty alone with my thoughts and it's true that I said this comperably late. That was simply because you said that you still would have to work on the texture several times and I was unsure whether this would touch the clothing, too, or only the head and the helmet. So, yeah, I don't have a problem with waiting for your changes!

Okay, you are basically correct. I have a great idea now for how to recreate the clothing. This will delay my plans slightly, but I think you'll consider it well worth it.
Take your time. If you can improve the clothes to be accurate for an early hungarian leader, this LH will be PERFECT!!
EDIT: And of course, you will be able to use the clothes he currently has for another great Capo creation

I don't see the big difference in clothes. The statue looks like it could be wearing the same armour/shirt thing to me as the leaderhead.

Well, while I agree I'd still like to make the Hungarians happy about this LH so I don't see a problem taking a little more time to make it look like they want it. Basically I always consider statues created well after the death of the person in question to be suspect, for one they usually glorify the person (i.e. stronger features, "better" attire) and tend to be anachronistic (there are normally elements of the culture contemporary with the year the statue was created). So what I normally do is look up what people wore at the time the person lived, I am not always accurate of course but this is what I usually do. I don't mind working on it a bit more though.

Well, I already said that it's the strap and the white shroud. I also said that the armor might be kept as is, but covered here and there by something else as without the strap and the shroud it would be kind of boring, because the torso would have lost its eye-catchers. So they would need to be replaced by something else while the armor itself could stay. There's no need to stick on that statue either, it's just a suggestion. It might be true that it is glorified here and there, but I personally think that the basic feature might still be correct. Anyways, maybe you, The Capo, could share your thoughts with us so that we could discuss them? Maybe we could get some more ideas, too, different from the statue...
