I'm fairly new to RAR, and I'm looking for some more experienced players to play with so I can pick up some tips. I can play regent/monarch, and I'm looking to move up to emperor. I'd prefer we play on emperor, but monarch is fine as well.
The game plan? We're the celts, religious and agricultural. We want to have the biggest and best empire in the world. We want the most cities, or even better, metropolises. We want the biggest land area so our huge cities can have a nice country side. And most importantly, we want the highest culture in the world. After all, what good are giant metropolises full of uncultured brutes?
We'll be struggling in a world full of aggressive, uncultured brutes. We'll have
The Setup:
Our civ: The celts.
The world: Huge, 60% pangea, warm, wet world.
Barbarians: Raging.
Our Opponents: Zulu, Mali, Vikings, Romans, America, Ottomans, Inca, Sioux, and Iroquois.
Rules:
All foriegn influences must be given the boot order-They're trespassing on our living space.
Whipping the population is not allowed-How'll we grow out our cities then?
Must raze all captured cities-We don't want their trash.
Captured workers can not be assimilated into our Celtic cities.
Other:
If any city revolts to us, we will keep it intact. They may not be celtic, but they see the light of our culture and joined us-they'll have all citizen rights.
Expansion can be done by any means.
Priorities:
1st priorities: Expansion and Culture
2nd priority: Having large cities(Losing pop to settlers is an ok loss of city size-even promoted!)
How we Play:
24 hrs to post a 'got it' and a further 48 to play. First turn set for the first player of 20 turns followed by 10 turns thereafter. If you need a skip or a delay, just post it.

I'll post the saves in a little bit. I realize there aren't as many RAR players as there are regular players, so filling up the roster might take a while.
