The Emperor Has No Clothes

Overshadowed?! Forgive me if I decide to be somewhat skeptical of the rantings and views of a doddering old racist. I find it hard to believe that anyone would listen seriously to the views of a republican senator if he was a member of the Ku Klux Klan. Double standards are wonderful.
It all makes sense. If OBL said the world was round, it wouldn't make it any less so.

I won't deny that racists, fundamentalist wackos, mass murdering terrorists, common street thugs and every other form of villainous scum can produce truthful, or partially truthful, statements. I simply generally dismiss what they say after considering the source. Hell, I'm sure that even a knuckle dragging flea trap like Al Sadr can make a true statement from time to time, but it doesn't change his nature or add credibility to his character.

I wasn't parading how I love Byrd, it's just a DEAD on speech.

That quote from Goering at the end of the speech ought to be broadcast daily, with its attribution, to wake people up.

At least Goering was honest. He may have been a drug-crazed Nazi transvestite, but it seems he had integrity about his cynicism.

Instead of discussing the topic; the US Senator Robert Byrd recognising that the citizens have been lied to the same way Goering has done; "The Emperor Has No Clothes" - way; you start discussing why Mandela was or wasn't a communist.

It seems the contents of the speech isn't important to you. Aren't you shocked to see the similarity between the picture Goering draws and the current political situation in your country ?

Nothing new about ad hominem attacks. The oldest trick in the book.
