I dun think I've ever posted a pic of me, so ...

Be warned that this pic is a few months ago, at the end of my First Term of College. It is about 5 months old. My hair is shorter, and I do that funny "shaving" thing every so often ...

As for my ancestry, well, let's just say I am a classic Canadian. I can trace my half-Quebec side back to 1660, when one of my ancestors came from France (thank god ). On the otherside, I have some German in me, some British, and who knows what else. I think I am at least a 4th Generation Canadian though.

O RLY? My American-ness, although not nearly as cool as the Canadian-ness, goes back further (at least eight generations, probably even further to about mid-1600s on the English bit of the family)...so it more than evens out!

On a not-so-spammy note, I realised there ain't any pictures of me from 2005 onward. I did find another silly one from 2002, when I was still in a high school were uniforms were a must...

I see it's been a while since someone posted a photo here. Still, since I found a decent photo of me that someone took, I felt I should post it. The premise of the picture is strange: it's from our Satire project from Lit at the end of this year. We made a movie satirizing the immigration debate. For an indoor, impromptu photo, it has great lighting, even if my pose is out of context (and I'm wearing a fake sombrero).
