Perhaps if you can get the Fascist states to participate, all countries should consider accepting the USSR's offer of a mass nuclear-production ban. No one knows for certain how powerful such an atomic explosion would be. Some of your own scientists speculate that a single such weapon could wipe out a country, or even trigger a chain reaction that engulfs the entire planet. Until we find out what the effects of a detonation are, we probably want to keep such an option of limiting their numbers on the table.

We agree with our ally the SEAC here, we believe that in order to preserve peace, a ban on nuclear weapons should be enforced. Although no one knows the power of these weapons, we believe a ban should be enforced until their exact strength is known to the whole world.

We ask for guidance on the indochinese issue, we have 2 small factions. One frm hte northern province and one from the south, the north ask that they vote for ther government whilst the south say they will force democracy. I would keep them whole but iam unsure about which faction to support. They would need funding and so i ask you the free nations of the world what would you do and can you help?

Support democracy. The people who want to vote for the government are obviously fascists or commies becuase they don't want the democracy proposed by the south.
To avoid a major clash of powers, I would create two countries, and so to avoid spending millions of dollars there.

The United States, under the rule of a new president, will be asking for the purposes to which her aid will be put to use. Because of domestic problems stemming from the assasination of the late president it does not seem feasable to send aid on this turn, however do not worry because distribution will begin again next turn.

The aid we require is more of miliatery divisions to defend against a possibile red invasion. Also it seems the red groups in our own country are growing stronger after the fascist were destroyed. We ask the U.S. to send 3-5 more divisions to North India in order to help us defende the Chinese border. You are also welcome to suprise the world again and Bring more Mechs...
Other than that, as promised to the passing president, and now promised to the new one. India have tripled it's economy thanks to U.S., EC and Japanies aid but the financical advisors say we should be carfull to not over use our over growing economy to not harm it and that we should let is stabilize. We promised befor that ones our Agriculture Progrem and Health progrems are done we shall begin aiding countries to.
We disccused with the passing President if he can give us some economic aid to hurry with the Health progrem that we could begin aiding others faster... We never got a sure answer and still awaite one. Will we get some aid to finish the Health progrem faster and by that we could begin sending aid right from next year?
