The United States will be pleased to help her Indian Ally by sending divisions to Northern India, though I must ask (OOC) how many did my predecessor send there?

As for the issue of aid for the Health Program, it is well within the United States power so to do and the investment seems rather profitable, the United States will be sending what she does not need to finish her Nuclear Weapons Program to India.

Your precedor sent 5 divisions and 3 mech divisions. the USSR send 6 divisions and 2 mech divisions and with 15 Chinese divisions and 12 Persian divisions the reds got 33 divisions and 2 mech divisions at our borders while we have, with USA aid 35 divisions and 3 mechs. While we have a bit more we are afraid the CHinese will bring more armies to the borders, as they have many free to use armies...

Other than that we will have to ask how U.S.A. donations will go this year?
India needs 24PP's to finish it's health progrem already in this half of the year, but we do not expect such a HUGE sum, 6-8 would be enough and next half year we could finish the health progrem ourselves and will begin aiding others by ourselves... we will be one of the greatest free world powers.

Other than India also several other free world countries need aid.
If the U.S.A., EC and whoever else is donating would agree, India shall make a table how much each country in need should get

India belive that from next half year forward each country should post how much money it needs. (but don't push it ) and the aiding countries will try their best to give all they cane while also taking care of themselves.

First we thank the EC, U.S.A. and Japan for all aid they have given us until today!
Second we declear that thanks to your aid and our Economic Minister we have reached the magnifisant economic power of 27PP's just like Japan, EC and our enemies in China.

In this hour we declear that every 6 months we will give 10PP's to needing countries, keeping 17PP's for us to continue our grow.


In other note we belive we should NOT back down from Kashmir. The communist are a growing threat to us all and we cannot leave a growing problem without the needed miliatery power. Thankyou Australia and U.S.A. for your aid.


Also we belive the super aid given to communist North Vietnam was a mistake. We should have NEVER allowed a communist country to be created. We belive we all should aid South Vietnam if war comes. Communism is a threat and cannot be allowed to conitnue grow. If one country fall, than all of us will fall right after.


Other than that we ask each needing country how much economy they think they need and togehter with the U.S.A., EC and Japan we shall see how we can give you all your needed economies

We also congerolate U.S.A. for second place in the Olympics. Next year the free world must win first!

and as for north Korea if we have communist friends it puts us in an intresting position. War shud not be seen as a suitable choice for resolving any matter. if teh north invades teh south then we will aid teh south if the south invades the north we will have to consider our position.
