Hmm people all Free World countries MUST send their money to Williamsonian Economic Plan in order for the Free World to win! Already this turn problems showed with the plan because of several countries that did not join!

Anyways, stalin knows about distribution of funds this turn, it is fairly spread out to especial problem areas or where it will be possible to see a larger increase next turn to help the rest of us, who have seen nothing really good happen out of this plan yet except that our allies got some stuff. erez said he was going to figure something out, I decided to go ahead.

I was thinking about the Fascist code and decided firmly that whosoever breaks the Fascist code will recieve a large donation from the USofA. We will not be developing a free world code because we do not steal from fascists. It can't be that hard, but I have no such talents.

Furthermore, the Free World is better than the others, and should probably triumph pretty soon.

And SKILORD, you had better offer a really big incentive, or even 2PP per hour spent working on the code, because I can vouch for its difficulty. There are no hints or giveaways. The program doesn't even recognize whether a message is coded or not, since nothing of the sort is planted in the text. It's designed to be unbreakable by its own algorithm. Forget your password for something made with Enigma, and Enigma will not help you get it back.

Japan would like to point out, as a favour to the free world (our elections haven't been held yet) that the rebellions in Southern Asia, Canada and Algerie could easily be trashed if you'd just move a contingent of the troops stationed in Kashmir to active duty, fighting down the insurgencies.
