What about Korea? After this turn if it goes by the Indian plan we will I think about double the Free-World economy.
Next turn we could move everyone still not at 81 to it or very close to it. Than as discussed with USA when the plan was created the Wilson progrem will become smaller and each country will only send part of their economy to continue it (I thought about 10% from each country economy) until we are all far into a mighty economy... But seems like some countries don't get the idea...

I'll join your plan, even if the U.S. doesn't tell me too. I was just blowing up smoke, glad we all backed off, because Japan loves the free world. The next round you will receive all my money and the next and the next, unless I get invaded/attacked.
But this round people in southern Europe are dying for what I said in the U.N. and I'm sending them cash. I'm not breaking any agreements by withholding those 9 PP's because the U.S. said I was going to receive PP's this turn.
