you say you demand nothing and yet you demand we give Algeria a referendum how odd.

And yes we were eager to see the Free World as a whole prosper then there were insurgents in Algeria and we neede to spend money on ourselves, whilst doing sums and considering how much we needed we alighted upon teh fact that we could

A) protect the people of Algeria against the terroists
whilst
B) upgrading teh EC to level 4 and providing the Free World with better mechs.

Now whilst America may not think this so important having a number of mech armies around our borders tends to get our people worried as such we decided to do this for ourselves yes and for the people of the Free World as a whole. If you dont want the mechs im sure Canada, Mexico and others will gladly accept them.

We have made no efforts to 'sabotage' the williamson plan we expected that we would have more money to put into it this time round (mis interpretation of rules =/ ) we still support it but if you are going to say America has put its allies first at teh expense of itself every time we dissagree then we have no use for it or its funds we will pay back every penny we received and leave it if it comes down to it.

We do not deny we were selfish, or that we acted rashly and partially foolishly we accept that and the consequences of that, however that does not justify the threats made upon the EC the demands made upon teh EC. You are aware we have been attempting to do certain things behind the scenes are you going to accuse of being sneakyand underhanded as well?

of course we care more for ourselves than others and fear the insurgents in algeria. They are commiting terroism and murdering innocent people. As for caring more for ourselves we wouldnt be doing our job if we set out to look after people outside teh EC more than those within. The USA shouldnt not order any nation in this alliance to do anything, they can make requests as can any other nation and i have little doubt they would be voted the head of the alliance if such a vote took place but they have no grands upon which orders can be justified.

You are took our money to improove yours and than got away without improoving ours back. Thats the only way we see it. ALl you wanted is to be better on the expense on others, thats the ONLY way it seems like. We give you our word. If the EC does not rejoin the Wiliams progrem and begin aid others like Mexico, that now suffers from a lack of eocnomy ONLY BECAUSE OF THE EC CHEATING AND LYING. Otherwise India will cut all ties with the EC.

As tge creatorse of the Wiliams Progrem we wish to take the place of it's controllers. It seems USA control over it is not the best for the Free-World and we do not even talk of EC thievery. I am talking of Peru and Mexico democracies that game money to the Wiliams plan but got nothing espaicaly thanks to the EC. I concur with your critiscism, and while there is no doubt the U.S. is our undisputed leader perhaps they need some help from our accountants to make sure the plan is maxed out... we need to surrender all our money to the Wilsonian plan too. You don't realy get the plan do you? everyone send their economy to USA, which in turn send it back to who that need it. They tell who that need it what they gonna get and all goes tick-tock like a clock. India made the first plan, but many Free-World countries (and other stuff) failed to send money and than plan had problem, EC got the money they needed ofcourse... Than came this turn wich was even worse thanks to the EC cheating and lying and backstabbing and theivery. India think we should retake the command of where the money goes... so it would be put much better (ooc: I actualy got a LOT of time to think about who get what... and I got time to make it much more organized than until now...)

The EC no matter what remained a lier and a cheater. The least that they can do is say what they realy did with the money. They upgraded their own Health Progrem. One of the greatest countries upgraded it's health progrem when Mexico is far far behind! New Mechs are not as important as mroe economy and more advanced countries. It doesn't worth that we will have new Mechs if no one but the cheatesrs in the EU can have them! Liers and Cheaters remain as they are.

YOU DON'T GET THE PLAN DO YOU?! Why you think were angry at the EC?! For not sending economy to the plan in order to help EVERYONE grow. Each member must send ALL their money to the plan and ask what they need. You can't just come and say we don't care about the plan leave us alone AFTER the plan already grown your economy!

This is AFTER EVERYONE SEND ALL THEIR MONEY economic plan this turn.
Next turn we will finish in taking most of the countries to 81 eocnomy and higher!

So Japan is not going to surrender my money to you because you make an incomplete plan and shout at Japan for following the old plan. The Federation is sending all it's money to the U.S. or Mexico next round to make sure he reaches 162 PP's or Mexico completes all projects.

Japan also wishes to remind India that he is not yet in control of the Wilsonian plan. You need the go-ahead from the U.S. and it is in Washington that my loyalty and allegiance lies. If you want Japan to do as you say then you need to make Skilord, The Leader of the Free World, tell me to follow your orders. AND - the money is already spent - in concordance - with the Wilsonian plan - that wasn't changed until you said you wanted to be in control of it half a day ago.
