Has emu been a MOD? That would've been an interesting NES.

different age, different emu I was quiet and polite back then, only time i'm polite is with mods now.
But people did seem to like the Nes.

Wow, so what happened between then and now? Too many non-mods asking silly questions? :p

Silly penguin. The correct phrase is "Look Away!" :D

Maybe it had somthing to do with leaving school and going to college I made alot of offensive type jokes while thier, unlike here everyone found them funny.
Or maybe its because the Rules Nes's used changed and I wasnt able to rise to the same heights as before.
Or didnt like all the newbies flooding the place and all the old faces and people I recgonise had gone. :'(

It may be too late to adapt, but you can surely get to know the new NESers. :)

That is very true. They often surprise the more experienced by surviving, for the y always try to steamroll the newbs. Or the MOD cuts them some slack, but anyway.

Emunes 1.4

Gotta love that map...and how everyone posted on-thread orders. ;) Come to think of that, there were still on-thread orders in NES2 I

Hey stop mocking my Nes, it was a product of the times.

That's the point. NESing was very different 3 years ago...

damn straight, it was fun, more accessible, Amon said I should make another in the classic style.

Edit: I was also holding back expansion in that nes, which is pretty crazy when you think about it, how big everyone got.

I'd join a classic-style NES. Nice and simple, and you can get away with 2-sentence orders- in some of them at least.

I only had three sentences for one of my recent order sets (Cuiv's NES, I think). Of course, that's a rarity, but when you're not doing much...

hey look I was the first to put the Aral sea on the map, you guys owe me BIG! for advancing nesing to new frontiers

Congrats, but I think people like Jason advanced it considerably further in that aspect. :p

well I also put lake onega and that other one on another map so there. I thought it was people like Plexus and erez who advanced the map they just didnt remove jason's name.

I think you must be thinking Lake Ladoga. I distinctly recall putting Lake Onega on there myself. Could be wrong, of course...

well the thing is when you put it on the map people took notice, when i did people didnt care.
