Even though the Civ3 team excluded Hitler, Stalin and Djengis Khan this time, at least there's one politically incorrect leader in this game. It is hard to think of any chinese leader more politically incorrect than Mao. The cruelties of his regime and the "cultural revolution" compare quite easily with Stalins and perhaps even Hitlers.

Anyway, I decided to put together a list of all the politically incorrect leaders and wonders in Civ3. You can add your ideas to this list in this thread, or submit alterations. When Civ3 is released, we can then produce a "politically incorrect" modpack for Civ3.

List of politically incorrect Civ3 leaders:

Russians : Josef Stalin
Germans : Adolf Hitler (animation : 2 frame "sieg heil" greeting)
Mongols : Djengis Khan
Muslims : Ayatollah Khomeini
Americans : Ronald Reagan
Huns : Attila the Hun
English : Prince John -or Margaret Thatcher
Romans : Pontius Pilatus
Christians : Jesus Christ (quote : "thou shalt love thy neighbour")
Spanish : Francisco Pizarro
Incas : Atahualpa
Tibetans : Dalai Lama
Chinese : Mao Tse-Tung
Swedish : Olof Palme
French : Catherine de Medici
Romanians : Vlad the Impaler

List of politically incorrect Wonders of the World:
The Great Invasion (preq. plundering)
Stalins Great Plan (preq. mass enslavement)
The Great Holocaust (preq. antisemitism)
The Cultural Revolution (preq. bloodbath)
Religious Massacre (preq. Christianity)
Great Religious Massacre (preq. Protestantism)
Legendary Crucifixion (preq. roman law)
The Holy Book (preq. writing)
The Cold War (preq. mass destruction, 10% chance per turn that the planet will mass destruct)

Yup!

You forgot...
American CIV led by George Wobbly Bush!
and his Great Wonder...ruin global ecology!

Special unit "loud mouth"

Just Kidding:lol:

Couldn't resist it!:goodjob:

I think you have covered everything except a few
current bad guys, Madman Hussien, etc...:D

The Japanese leader during WWII was known for presiding over alot of attrocities directed towards the Chinese, things such as biological warfare and the like was not uncommon. Recently, the Japanese government apologized to China for them too.

I don't think Ronald Reagan would be politically incorrect. But then again I am pretty conservative. But a Christian Civ? Never existed although Jesus did talk about establishing his kingdom, he also said that His kingdom is not of this world.

Replace the "Cure for Cancer" with "The Long, Slow, Expensive Suicide" after the discovery of Tobacco. It could make 10% of the citizens in each city totally useless:lol:

You forgot about the "Removing Woman's Suffrage After They Voted in Prohibition" wonder, and I think a more politically incorrect (and more fun) leader for America would be Bill "The Zipper" Clinton. Also, a Glorious Old South civilization led by General Robert E. Lee is in store to add some competition in the Americas. And instead of adding Fascism I'm changing Communism to Totalitarianism (so it incorporates both right and left-wing totalitarian governments).

OK, to sum up. Emperor Hirohito as Japanese Leader, Fascism, Tobacco... And I came up with a few that also should be in. Ku Klux Klan, Apartheid, and John Wayne.

Brandon, I know that including Christ is a bit irregular, but I could just picture how it would be like negotiating with him. "turn the other cheek" "give to the emperor what belongs to the emperor" etc... That could be very funny.

BTW, I'm curious how they even managed to put in the atom bomb, when excluding fascism? That is very strange, IMO.

Robespierre:

I guess you're right about Clinton as a funnier american leader. :D I think it's just because I have such a clear'n cut image of Ronnie, because he was such a dominant character when I grew up in the 80'es.

Of course, the special unit of the "Glorious Ol' South" tribe should be a strange guy riding a horse with a torch and a white blanket over him. :D

Inquisition (preq. Monotheism and at least 5 cathedrals)
Ethnic Cleansing (preq. Racial Purity) (this would be a minor wonder) (oh, and Mass Graves built in your cities would reduce any negative effects)
Small Pox (preq. Seafaring; after being built, first contact with a civilization wipes out 2/3 of their population)

Think that's enough un-PC stuff for tonight for me.........

Reagan? Politically incorrect? Bah.

He'd be demonized by all the left-wingers, which would probably end up becoming politically incorrect to like Ronald Reagan.

I'd say the most incorrect leader of the United States would be Franklin Roosevelt...Reagan never locked up Japanese in quasi-concentration camps...

I will definitely love playing a non-political correct mod:D Imagine playing as Hitler and get the UN vote for world leader...

I think recent leaders that killed too much people would be politically incorrect. But ancient leaders (that may have been cruel too) are politically correct because nobody remembers them for their crualty.

Yeah, I have to agree with ya there. Amazing isnt it.

Caligula? Nero? Commodus? Any Egyptian Pharoah that built a pyramid? Ivan the Terrible - or is he too recent..? That's just off the top of my head and shows my bias toward Roman history.

Not much people know about them. People know about Caesar, but he killed many people (Gallians, for example). But nobody will say that Caesar is politically incorrect. I agree that Caligula, Nero and Commodus weren't angels!! Caligula was even schisophreniac...
