2) Negative: on random turns, rival civs will have a 100% chance to steal your tech, as new vulnerabilities are discovered in your software.
3) Wonder becomes obsolete when half your cities build the new improvement, Linux.

btw-wouldn't that be a PC wonder? The Un-PC version would be Mac.
