Examine this folder. The dates are like this:
1977-06-30 (June 30, 1977)
However, there's one out of place:
1999-Spring
This is because its dated as "Spring" (northern hemisphere spring, btw). So how should that be handled?

Rename the folder to "1999-03-21 - 1999-06-21".
You can put "spring" in brackets behind "1999-06-21" to clarify.

How many neo-nazis are there in modern day Germany and even though they are forbidden for running for a political office on a nazi-like platform are they a nuisance at all in society there or are they hardly noticed?

Who cares? Everyone knows they are scum anyway.
I guess there are about 5000 neo-nazis and about 1.000.000 reactionary right-wing extremists who vote for them. They are concentrated in some rural areas in east Germany where they cover the whole place with their election ads whenever an election is coming. There you'd notice them. Every week or so a jewish graveyard in Germany is desecrated. Acts of violence are not uncommon but they are often not registred as political motivated violence.
I'm not from Germany, but as most far right (far left) parties in Europe nowadays they probably only get in the news when there's a manifestation, preferably a violent one. Their political power is limited.

Since San Andreas was more or less based on Boyz N The Hood I doubt he'd get a lot out of it.
I don't mind that at all. I'm more after the San Andreas atmosphere, so it's good actually. 
I just watched Boulevard Nights, which was pretty good in that respect: Los Angeles river was prominent, and they had even car jumping competition!
I liked San Fierro even more in the game, but I don't believe there's similar mood in San Fransisco films.
