Because they screw up my lawn and they make my house shake with their damned hippity hoppity music with the big bass in their cars. Oh, and a lot of them are hippies and don't bathe and really smell.
GET OFF MY LAWN!!! 
If expecting people not to swear like an unattended teenager is an oppressive social attitude, then I will "gleeful stigmatise" people with my unreasonable ideas. You'll note that I never mentioned anything about enforcement.

It doesn't sound like any of the teenagers I've encountered. Nor was it true when I was one. No one could get anything into my head at all.

Yea, I think I stopped knowing everything at some point around 20. I got magically stupider and my parents experienced a new boom of mental competence all at the same time. It was quite the coincidence.

Well, I wouldn't say it was super uncool. But I didn't quite get what you meant. Was it a reference to one particular Austrian? Or just Austrians in particular. Who I don't think have a reputation for smelling any worse than other Europeans.

I didn't take it personally, but essentially equating an entire country with child molestation is just not cool. I know what you were going for, and I don't think you wanted to imply what you implied, but I just couldn't let that stand uncommented. No hard feelings, of courseSorry
I actually thought it was pretty funny and figured everyone else would as well. I didn't think anyone would take it personally and I apologize to anyone that took it to heart in any serious manner.
