I remember the topics that mods had to make when the PMs were disabled or the inbox was full. One time AoA stickied a topic whose message body said, "SB, read your PMs NOW" with a later post that said "Crisis averted, for now."

Well Floppa and curt wanted a perm ban but TF refused to allow it. Althrough Ainwood did volunteer to do the banning.

it sepends, more severe bans sometimes warrent a ip adress ban, but usually, it's just a name

Having only TF be able to unban people seems like a serious problem to me.
I was banned for an extra day or two - and what if TF was on vacation or sick or something?
Not to mention the zero-tolerance policy on even mentions of bans...

The "only admins can unban" problem should be resolved with VB3 (next weekend?). We mods will be able to specify a time-limit for a ban, and when the timer runs out, you will be auto-unbanned.

Oh, and I guess it can be - although my grandpa really is radioactive.
Really simple solution for this problem - don't do anything that can conceivably get you banned in the first place.

Things change, I remeber my time before the population increase, change of rules, and addition of Alcibiates of Athenae and Pale Hores as moderators, when I trolled, spammed, and flamed. I have found smaller site that are yet amenable to those entertainments, and no, I am not going to direct any of you to them.
